Guangzhou Baite Qiaoguang Medical Supplies Co., Ltd., with its innovative nutritional treatment plan, has officially launched China's first CFDA approved new fat emulsion three cavity bag product, Kelinmei. In order to overcome the limitations of nutritional support treatment for critically ill patients in China, Baite Qiaoguang has successfully introduced the new fat emulsion three cavity bag Kelinmei into China. Unlike traditional soybean oil and medium to long chain fat emulsions, Kelinmei, as an emulsion containing 80% olive oil fat, can accelerate the weaning time of ventilators in critically ill ICU patients and reduce postoperative lung infections. The high content of omega-9 monounsaturated fatty acids in olive oil is beneficial for reducing oxidative stress in fat emulsions, and can selectively regulate immune responses, maintain protective immune function, and reduce the occurrence of inflammatory reactions. For medical staff, Kelinmei adopts an inline design that can be quickly activated, effectively improving their operational efficiency while reducing the possibility of bloodstream infections caused by configuration. It is a simple and safe new type of parenteral nutrition treatment plan.

At present, the efficacy and safety of Clotrimazole have been recognized by multiple foreign drug regulatory authorities such as France, the United Kingdom, and Belgium, and have been approved for marketing in dozens of countries and regions around the world. Since its launch, it has accumulated approximately 7 million clinical experiences worldwide.
