The BRCY02 Wireless Data Logger is suitable for measuring temperature and relative humidity environmental parameters in various demanding environments. Applicable objects include compliance verification and real-time monitoring in warehouses, production areas, clean rooms, laboratories, constant temperature boxes, refrigerators, and refrigerated freezers.

Unique BR-Link Self-Organizing Network Wireless Communication

The so-called self-organizing network technology refers to the wireless data logger automatically searching for and connecting to the nearby gateway or signal amplifier with the best signal, without the need for configuration.

Signal extension technology: When the data logger is installed in locations where the gateway signal cannot reach, the unique signal relay function of BR-Link can establish a signal relay bridge between the data logger and the gateway, covering signal dead zones.

A gateway or relay device can transmit signals up to 100 meters indoors, and up to 2,000 meters outdoors without obstruction. Wireless communication is encrypted to ensure data integrity and security.

Integrity and continuity of data

The BRCY02 Wireless Data Logger comes with a built-in cache of 50,000 data sets. In the event of a disconnection from the gateway, data will temporarily be stored in the cache and will be transmitted to the server once the network connection is restored.

After the data is uploaded to the server, a backup of the data remains in the data logger. If needed, it can be connected to a computer via a USB dedicated tool (account encryption verification required) to export data for the corresponding time period, retaining the latest 5 data sets.

Designed with AAA Lithium Iron Battery, it has a wide temperature range and low battery replacement costs.

High sensitivity probe design

High flux probe design, achieving overall IP 68 waterproofing. The design of the circulation probe ensures the circulation of air in contact with the probe, allowing for the fastest possible response to rapid temperature changes. This makes it particularly suitable for applications with rapid fluctuations, such as box opening and closing verification, and vibration chamber operation verification. The temperature change can achieve a response time of up to 2 seconds, maximizing the authenticity of the verification data.
